I. Enterprise Name Inquiry (5 Working Days)
1. Parent company’s business license duplicate, with public seal;
2. Branch name;
3. Business scope (within its parent company’s business scope);
4. Approval Notification of Enterprise Name application signed by the legal representative of the parent company;
5. Evidence of designated representative or common commissioned agent signed by the legal representative of the parent enterprise;
6. ID copy of the designated representative or common commissioned agent;
(After the name approval, the Approval Notification of Enterprise Name shall be given to the enterprise, and it is valid for 6 months.)
1. Business license duplicate of the parent company with public seal;
2. Contract & articles of association of the parent company with public seal and the legal representative;
3. Evidence of designated representative or common commissioned agent signed by parent company and the ID copy of the designated representative or common commissioned agent;
4. Resolution of the Board of Directors;
5. Requisition for affiliate or agency of foreign investment enterprise signed by legal person;
6. ID copy of the person in charge of the affiliated company;
7. C.V of the person in charge of the affiliate with TWO 1-inch photos;
8. Letter of assignment
9. Business scope of the affiliated company (within the business scope of the parent company)
If there are items that need to be approved by the authorities before registration in the business scope, the written reply or the license copy is needed.
10. Property certificate copy of the place of operation (must be a house for business use), with seal of the property owner, and the contract of house leasing;
11. Pre-approval documents.
Notice: There should be a statement as “The copy agrees with the original” and the applicant’s signature or the public seal on the copy of the documents.
